•For Refunds or exchanges, hair must be shipped & received within 5 business daysAfter receiving your order.

•feedback complaints or recommendations must be addressed & emailed to kiss@trukream.com
•All returns or exchanges must be in its original packaging, no signs of being worn or altered!
•We have the right to refuse any returns or exchanges! You will receive your refund once we receive your return & process your order.
•Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order & reship back out.

SHIPPING

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days. We will provide a tracking number the day your order is shipped. We will post the tracking number for your order under your account for you to view, you will also receive an email when your item is shipped with a tracking number (please check your spam folder). We use USPS for all shipments. Once shipped your order will arrive within 2-3 day.
